I'm afraid to post this... So, if you (Brandon) think this is inappropriate, please delete my suggestion. Let me first say that I'm not racist - but some things are plain facts - at least in BC, Canada... The first thing that came to my mind when I saw this picture was: "Drunk Natives Driving"
"Peruvian Taxi"
First thing I recognized as I looked at this picture, was that this car is very familiar to me... Well, not this exact car... but this model.
This is the model of car that is heavily used in Peru as a taxi... Thousands of these cars are on the road driving people around all the time... and some, don't look much better than this one... I've ridden around in some beaters down there, let me tell you. A few differences: rubber still on the tires, hood down, and doors closed (most of the time)...
