I haven't drawn anything in AGES. I recently got a sketch pad for my Mac (it's the time of year that things like that happen...), so I decided to draw something. I took an image of an eye and re-drew the pupil and iris from scratch. The rest of the image remains the same, but the pupil and iris were drawn entirely in Photoshop using brushes and various blending modes. I'm just a little excited about it. :)

wow... that's pretty amazing... how long does it take to do something like that? It looks very involved.
I dunno. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes.
Haha, actually, it took about 3 hrs. I think it was luck though - I'm surprised it looks as real as it does.

hmm... Wow you have WAY more patience then I if you're able to spend that long looking and working on one picture, I'd be like "okay, lets do this" (35 seconds later)"ooh is that something shiny?!?, pretty..." Looks awesome though, so its good that some have a longer attention span then a hyperactive toddler! Who's eye is it?
I didn't do it all in one shot - I'm too easily distracted to do it all at once!
